Theodore P. Flora, Sr.
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the age of 99. Born on February 4th, 1923, was a long-time resident of Penn Hills. He coached little league and Legion baseball and later in life, he was also a very active member of the Senior Citizens Community Center where he served on the Board of Directors and Veteran’s Group. Theodore was a World War II Veteran, serving in the Field Artillery in the Rhineland of Central Europe under General Patton. He was also a member of Operating Engineers Local #66 for over 74 years. Husband of the late Elizabeth Flora; father of Theodore P. (Lynne) Flora, Jr. and John C. Flora; grandfather of 6; great-grandfather of 5; brother of John A. Flora.
